Blue Ridge Home Care, Inc. accepts reimbursement for Services through:
- The Pennsylvania Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) for Waiver services.
- Long-term Care Insurance: This insurance is designed to cover long-term services and supports, including personal and custodial care in a variety of settings such as your home, a community organization, or other facilities. Please note that long-term care insurance policies reimburse policyholders a daily amount (up to a pre-selected limit) for services to assist them with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, etc.
- Private Payment arrangement

Blue Ridge Home Care, Inc. provides a wide array of Non-Medical home care and personal care services to individuals under the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. We provide home care based on your needs in the comfort of your home and your community setting with a view to maintaining your independence, choice, and well-being.

Aging Waiver
Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Individuals Aged 60 and Older
Aging Home and Community-Based Waiver Services may be available to Pennsylvanians over the age of 60 to enable them to continue to live in their homes and communities with support and services.
Provider of programs for Individual ages 60 and up:
- Philadelphia Corporation for Aging
- Chester County Department of Aging Services
- Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging (DELCOSA)
- The Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services (MCAAS)
- Bucks County Area Agency on Aging (AAA)
Independence Waiver
If you are an adult with a severe physical disability, the Independence Waiver may be able to help you live or remain in the community and remain as independent as possible.
OBRA Waiver
The OBRA Waiver is a Home and Community Based Waiver program that may help you if you have a developmental physical disability to allow you to live in the community and remain as independent as possible.
COMMCARE Waiver
COMMCARE waiver is a Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). If you have a medically determined diagnosis of traumatic brain injury (TBI), the COMMCARE Waiver can help you remain as independent as possible.
Attendant Care Waiver/Act 150 Waiver
If you have a physical disability, the Attendant Care Waiver and state funded Act 150 program may be available to you to continue to live in your home and community with support and services.
Live-In Home Care Services
In the event that relocating your elderly or ill loved ones from their home is not an option, or if you cannot take care of yourself or your spouse, consider Live-In Home Care that Blue Ridge Home Care, Inc. could provide to support you and your loved one.
Our dependable home care aides are supervised by Nurse Supervisors and we provide up to 24 hours-per-day, 7 days-a-week homemaking and personal care assistance in the safety and comfort of the client’s home.
